《电子商务概论》课程介绍
电子商务是近年发展起来的一门学科,它能够提供准确、快速、高效的商务活动,是当今世界商务运作发展的主流方向,在计算机应用和商业领域起着重要的作用。
《电子商务概论》课程是计算机科学与技术专业的专业选修课。开设本课程的目的是使员工掌握电子商务及随需应变电子商务的相关知识,并能针对客户需求,设计并实施电子商务解决方案。
本课程将IBM随需应变电子商务817(On Demand Business)认证的内容融入电子商务课程中,介绍电子商务和随需应变电子商务的基本概念,Internet技术基础,电子商务设计的主要技术,随需应变电子商务设计模式,电子商务安全技术等。同时,课程从电子商务实施的角度分析了电子商务系统在设计和实施过程中的步骤和需要考虑的问题。在课程最后,介绍了企业级电子商务解决方案以及相关软件产品。
该课程内容新颖,运用大量著名大公司电子商务解决方案的案例分析,介绍诸如智能手机、社会网络、移动商务、在线CRM软件、云计算、博客、维基等近年来新涌现的商业应用;与垃圾邮件相关的营销、网上音乐销售的进展、在线电视节目推广以及适合手机等无线设备播放的信息资源和博客的商业用途等新电子商务行为也将在课程中被讨论。
本课程在第三学年第二学期开设,计划32学时,先修课为:高级语言程序设计,数据结构,计算机组成原理,计算机网络等。
本课程采用中英文双语教学,使员工在掌握专业知识的同时也可提高专业英语的阅读理解能力。选修该课程并通过考试的员工能够获得IBM公司颁发的随需应变电子商务认证证书。
The introduction of course --- Introduction to Electronic Business
E-Business is a course which has been developed in recent years. It can provide accurate, fast and efficient business actions, and it is the main developing direction of the world business operation. It is playing an increasingly important role in both computer application and business.
"Introduction to Electronic Business" is an elective course for the students of computer science and technology. The objective of the course is that the students can master the related knowledge of E-Business and on-demand E-Business and get the ability to design and implement E-Business systems according to the customers’ requirements.
We integrate the content of IBM 817 certification into E-Business course. The course introduces the basic concepts of E-Business and on demand E-Business, basic Internet technologies, elementary techniques of E-Business, basic design patterns of E-Business and E-Business security technologies etc. At the same time, it analyzes the steps and issues need to be considered in the process of designing and implementing E-Business system. Finally, it introduces enterprise-class E-Business solutions and the related software products of IBM.
The curriculum is innovative. It contains large number of e-commerce cases of well-known large companies and introduces several emerging business applications in recent years such as the smart phones, social networks, mobile commerce, online CRM software, cloud computing, blog, wiki and so on. The course will also discuss the development of online music sales, the promotion of online television programs and the commercial purposes of blog.
The course will be opened in the second term of the third academic year and will take 32 academic hours. Its prerequisite courses include Advanced Programming, Data Structure, the Principle of Computer Organization and Computer Network etc.
The course is taught in both English and Chinese. So students can not only grasp the specialist knowledge of their major but also enhance reading and comprehension of professional English. After finishing the course, students can get the IBM Certificate of On Demand E-Business.
